Hi Jason, I wanted to let you know that we were very pleased with the work Kevin and Jeff did on 7/24. They were very professional, courteous, and helpful. Once the truck was loaded, they asked if there was anything else they could help us with before they headed to Winslow. They asked the same thing after unloading the items in Winslow. They didn't even laugh at us when we asked them to move the hutch "a couple inches to the left" to make it centered!! We'll definitely give you a call if we need a mover in the future. Thanks again.

Although I am exhausted tonight, I wanted to take a few minutes to let you know how pleased my husband and I are with the moving service we received from your company today. The crew, Corey, Mike, Steve, and Justin worked very hard to make our move go smoothly, and were very polite and respectful. "Thank You" very much for our big move. We have not had to experience a move for over 51 years. It was a bit overwhelming for two 80 year olds! Your "moving crew" were outstanding. They were very co-operative, helpful and extremely careful and efficient in handling our "stuff". If there is such a thing as "going the extra mile", they went the extra five miles! JoAnn & I thank you for making this a smooth transition for us and your calm demeanor is handling our 3-4 phone calls for various changes in the days operation. Dear PRO, I want to thank you for doing such a wonderful job on my move from Waterville to Portland. Everything arrived as it should, on time, intact, and the men worked very fast on what had to be the hottest day in 100 years! I am very grateful for their speed, care, and professionalism. And humor.. Al said, "See you next year!" Very funny. I hope never to do this again but, if I must. I will surely contact you. I appreciate the particularly low cost of the storage as well; that help my moving budget a lot. An extra appreciated touch was, when all was moved in, they asked if there was anything I needed moved around from on place to another. To the men and women who were involved in moving our residence out of and back into the Williams Building at Colby College: Just can't thank you enough! THANKS! We'd like to thank you for your hard work and the great care you took in packing up our belongings when we were unable to do it ourselves, since we were already out of the area. We are very happy to be back in Maine to begin with, but when we unpacked the boxes and saw that our sentimental, delicate and every day items had each been wrapped with great care (better than we could to ourselves), I became emotional about it all. We are happy that Colby trusted you wit our home and will be sure to let them know how we feel. With sincerest gratitude for all that you've done and the way you've gone about it.

Peter, Thank you once again for your help moving my office from the museum to Waterville Creates! You and your team always make everything seem so easy, it would have taken me weeks to do what you did in an hour. Your generosity toward Waterville Creates is also greatly appreciated and admired. That large room is now poised to accommodate interns and with any luck, a part-time bookkeeper, fingers crossed I am looking forward to my new job and wanted to let you know that your help made the transition much smoother than I could have ever hoped for. I meant it when I said that the past week felt rather surreal. The museum has been like an extended family to me. Dear Peter• This letter of commendation is sent in recognition of the extraordinary moving services rendered to the Waterville Historical Society on Friday, 29 September by Kevin and his crew of Ian, Jeremy and Edgar. Over the course of a full day, these four individuals achieved the following: • Improvised our planned basement storage by laying down, or replacing extant pallets with, composite alternative pallets • Expanded our basement storage capacity, following your own direction and participation, by repurposing Colby dorm bunkbeds for a two tiered configuration • Moved very heavy and/or large artifacts and display cases through narrow doorways and stairways with extreme care and respect for these Items • Advised WHS staff on selection of items for storage and best practices for storage of upholstery items. WHS is indebted to the professionalism of Pro Movers and to your own continued generous commitment to our organization as it rebuilds and reopens.
